In community acupuncture we use points on you arms, legs, head, and ears; allowing you to remain fully clothed. In addition, community acupuncture is a convenient way for friends and family members to get treatments together. Usually people stay 30 minutes to an hour, you are welcome to stay as long or as short as you like.

You will learn an abundance about the brain, helpful tools to supplement your health, about yourself, and about each other. Some groups are topic based on a 12 week rotating curriculum - 3 months to take advantage of the neuroscience for optimizing habit formation and “leveling up” the quality of your life.
