Explore your whole being and invite physical and mental balance in a course designed to help you unlearn pain using evidence-based techniques.

Led by Monica Fredrickson, MS Yoga Therapy, RYT 500, C-IAYT, this immersive 6 week series blends current neuroscience research on pain with elements of yoga therapy. Each participant will conclude the series with a set of tools in hand they can use to continue exploring & cultivating mindfulness, relaxation, self-regulation, inner resilience, nervous system balance and healing.
