Make change, develop a positive self-care routine, and discover your own accountability with our new 4-week program: Balanced Health.
Through a series of experimental group visits, each participant will build a healthy and personalized process that extends beyond this month-long session. Each class blends yoga therapy, group activities and individual coaching. An emphasis on nutrition, movement and support offer group-members a strong foundation from which to grow. Addressing individual barriers to develop goals and plans to bypass them, this course is all about improvement, allowing you a jumpstart on your New Year’s resolutions.
$240 (plus tax) for the 4-week series
